Only the applicant submitting documents for the visa, the recipient indicated in the waybill or the payer (the person who has submitted visa documents and paid the visa fee) may change the address of the passport delivery.The person who will write the application should provide the photocopy of the front page of the internal passport with this application.
Delivery Address Change Application is accepted daily on working days until 17:00.
